I'm your run of the mill 30-something year old that loves making stuff, working with my hands, and cooking pizza.
I mostly work in wood because it's (relatively) cheap and (relatively) easily worked. I have been known to dabble in fabrics and metalwork from time to time, but usually as an excursion rather than a full pursuit.
When it comes to pizza I’m always trying to perfect my dough. I’m currently changing between a 3 day cold ferment and a one afternoon neapolitan dough.
